This year, Yuru-Verse 2025 is launching a special collaboration with one of Tokyo’s most iconic landmarks—RED° Tokyo Tower (inside Tokyo Tower)!
As part of the event, promotional videos introducing participating characters of Yuru-Verse 2025 will be featured on monitors located on the 3rd floor exit of Tokyo Tower, a location visited by over 300,000 people annually.
Let’s showcase the charm of your regional character to the world from the heart of Japan!

• Eligibility: Official participants of Yuru-Verse 2025
• Content: One video per character (maximum)
• Display Location: RED° Tokyo Tower (3rd floor entrance/exit monitors)
• Display Period: During Yuru-Verse 2025 (Scheduled: July 31 – Late September, 2025)
• Special Option: Participants may request to distribute character trading cards on-site

① Technical Specifications
• Format: MP4 (H.264 codec recommended)
• Resolution: 1920×1080 (Full HD)
• Aspect Ratio: 16:9 (landscape)
• Duration: Up to 60 seconds
• Audio: Optional (please note that in-venue audio levels are kept low)
② Recommended Content
• Character name and profile
• Affiliated municipality or organization
• Local sightseeing spots, gourmet foods, and specialties
• Upcoming local events or festivals
• Any format is welcome—animation, live-action, slideshow, etc.
• Use large, clear text for subtitles or on-screen information
• BGM and narration allowed (must be fully cleared for copyright use)
③ Prohibited Content
• Political or religious messages
• Infringement of third-party rights
• Violent, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
• Use of unlicensed BGM, images, fonts, etc.
④ Submission Instructions
• Submit via URL (e.g., GigaFile, Google Drive, etc.)
