YURUCOIN to Explore Buyback Model Based on Community Support
Starting August 1, 2025, online voting for Yuruverse 2025 officially begins!
In addition to the traditional YuruNavi Voting, a brand-new mechanism — “Hometown Support Voting” — has been introduced, allowing fans to vote by shopping or donating through Amazon and Amazon Furusato Nozei (hometown tax donation).
The YURUCOIN project proudly supports this initiative and is preparing to implement a partial buyback strategy, linked to support activity and community engagement metrics.

Hometown Support Voting allows users to click a character-specific link on the Yuruverse site and be redirected to Amazon.co.jp.
Every ¥1,000 spent or donated (via Amazon Furusato Nozei or regular purchases) earns 1 automatic vote for that character.

YURUCOIN is considering a buyback model whereby, if certain campaign benchmarks are met, a portion of proceeds from Amazon affiliate earnings will be used to buy back YURUCOIN from the open market and support token value and ecosystem growth.
